  Absolutely inlove with my new hair, thankyou so much Barrie Phillipe Hair and Beauty and The lovley Andrea. Would highly recommend going here great service and so welcoming. 10 out of 10 from me. I couldn't be happier with my hair 😍 Staff are all so welcoming and friendly, lovley atmosphere in the salon. I went in for a Balayage and Andrea was absolutely amazing and talked me through everything and kept in contact with regards to colours and tones and hair colour tests. I cant thank her enough for the amazing job she has done on my hair.

  Visited Barrie Phillpe Hair and Beauty after another Salon had done a poor job doing a balyage. I was very upset, and popped in too see if there was anything they could do. Within 15 minutes, they had taken all my details, done a patch test, explained what they could do to achieve the result I was looking for, and booked me in for that weekend, and left me feeling much more calmer and relieved. When I arrived for my appioment I was greeted and offered refreshements. My appointment my done by the amazing Gracie, who did a fantastic job. The other hairdressers had done badly blended and patch streaky of blonde, Gracie added darker foils, which were beautiful blended, adding in the dimension and mix of colour I had original hoped to achieve, she also wash and dried it, curling it beautifully. Not only did she perform a stunning service on my hair, she was very processional, communicated very clearly and was very friendly. I am autistic, and sometimes hairdressers can be very social, and that can be hard for me, but here I felt so comfortable. Not only was Gracie very friendly and warm, but the entire staff was, even though they were not my hairdressers, the other staff still popped over and gave their opinions to help give me the best results possible. I highly recommend this hairdressers, they were professional, friendly and provided excellent service, I found all there staff to be exceptionally friendly and kind, but definitely was exceptionally pleased with the service performed by Gracie.

  10/10 experience for my perm treatment last weekend!! I never thought in a million years that my hair was able to look so defined and hydrated as I have naturally curly and quite dry hair. The salon has such a warm and friendly vibe that really made the world of difference compared to other salons I’ve been to in the past. Such time and care was taken to ensure I got the best result too. Thank you so much Barrie and all the team, I can’t wait to come back! :) x

  My hairdresser is Andrea and have been with her for years. Can deeply recommend her. Just recently i decided to have a change in hair colour and go for a balayage = hand-painted hair colouring technique that creates natural, sun-kissed highlights with a soft, blended look. The finish result is amazing. My friends and family loved it - especially my husband. Wished I could put up a photo to show finished result. Andrea done an amazing job on my hair. If you don’t know what balayage is - google for balayage images. So happy with my new hairstyle

  This morning I had an appointment with Barrie himself, when I arrived I handed my coat to Barrie which he hung up, also took off my hoody and Barrie placed it on the radiator to keep it warm as it’s so cold outside. I then had a young lady wash my hair and she was so gentle, the water was the perfect temperature. Barrie then proceeded in trimming my hair (this was after he asked what I was after) he made sure the conversation was natural and he was quite funny, I left the salon feeling very happy and satisfied with the cut I was given. #highlyrecommend
