Great location, easily accessible, really secured place (with video surveillance) and great people managing the place, with excellent communication. There is a lift to reach the first and second floors of the main building. Big trolleys are available to help you carry your boxes/furniture/appliances in your unit (that you can either secure with your own padlock or with one provided by Bather's Storage. All units are very tidy, and so is the building. Various unit sizes are available for you to rent, from 2 to 14 square meters (20-150 square feet). No need to take an appointment to go to your unit; you just need to pop there whenever you want DURING THE OPENING HOURS. I have rented a BIG STORAGE UNIT INSIDE THE BUILDING (not a container outside!) at Bather's Self Storage for a bit more than a year. While enquiring after Ian, I had mentioned that I would require a big unit INSIDE the building and not a container as my belongings would need to be stored for a long period of time. My request has been granted, as I had sent my notice a month prior to the day I would start renting the unit. This "long term" rent was planned from start, and thanks to that, Ian and Catherine have been able to offer me a little discount on the normal rental price (as usually people are renting units/containers for a couple of weeks, or a month top). I'm really grateful to them for that. Even during hot days, the temperature inside the building remains relatively cool, which was perfect for some of my stuff. Even after more than a year, all the boxes and everything else was in perfect condition, NO humidity stains/damage have been detected on my belongings/boxes/appliances... afterwards. Very good information to know! If I need to store my belongings again in the future, I will go back there without hesitation and, I can only recommend you this place if you plan on storing some of your stuff. Thank you again.

I've been happily using Bathers for business storage for over 5 years now and haven't had a single complaint in the time I have been with them. Staff are always friendly and helpful and make sure you're looked after. I have nothing but praise for this business and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a safe and secure storage solution in Llandudno and the surrounding areas.

What a fantastic storage facility. Numerous options, very reasonable prices and caring, efficient staff. I was looked after incredibly well and given assistance over and above previous experiences. This is the place if you need storage space of anything massive or small for whatever your needs.

After our move plans meant that we were going to have to put our belongings into storage we chose Bathers because of their close proximity to our new house. Straight away they were outstandingly helpful, especially as the original capacity we were advised by the movers would be required wasn't accurate, but Bathers accommodated our overflow immediately, taking the stress out of the situation. During the time we have been with them we have always had access to our units at key times for us, and nothing has been too much trouble for Ian and Catherine. The availability of their van for us to move our boxes and furniture into our new home has been brilliant and saved hours of lost time hiring a van and collection/return of it. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone with any storage needs, no matter how large or small as they have been fantastic from start to finish.
