  Great location, easily accessible, really secured place (with video surveillance) and great people managing the place, with excellent communication. There is a lift to reach the first and second floors of the main building. Big trolleys are available to help you carry your boxes/furniture/appliances in your unit (that you can either secure with your own padlock or with one provided by Bather's Storage. All units are very tidy, and so is the building. Various unit sizes are available for you to rent, from 2 to 14 square meters (20-150 square feet). No need to take an appointment to go to your unit; you just need to pop there whenever you want DURING THE OPENING HOURS. I have rented a BIG STORAGE UNIT INSIDE THE BUILDING (not a container outside!) at Bather's Self Storage for a bit more than a year. While enquiring after Ian, I had mentioned that I would require a big unit INSIDE the building and not a container as my belongings would need to be stored for a long period of time. My request has been granted, as I had sent my notice a month prior to the day I would start renting the unit. This "long term" rent was planned from start, and thanks to that, Ian and Catherine have been able to offer me a little discount on the normal rental price (as usually people are renting units/containers for a couple of weeks, or a month top). I'm really grateful to them for that. Even during hot days, the temperature inside the building remains relatively cool, which was perfect for some of my stuff. Even after more than a year, all the boxes and everything else was in perfect condition, NO humidity stains/damage have been detected on my belongings/boxes/appliances... afterwards. Very good information to know! If I need to store my belongings again in the future, I will go back there without hesitation and, I can only recommend you this place if you plan on storing some of your stuff. Thank you again.

  I’ve been a customer of Bathers for many years, have always found them to be extremely helpful and obliging. Storage units are very good and available in a range of sizes. Definitely recommended.
