  Wij waren op vakantie in Wales en kregen problemen met onze Toyota Yaris. Na een bezoek aan de toyotadealer in Harlech bleek dat de koppelingsplaten vervangen moesten worden. Dit was wat ons betreft prima, maar de dealer zei de eerstvolgende drie weken geen plek te hebben en was ook niet geneigd om dit voor ons op te lossen. Uiteindelijk is de auto helemaal naar Swansea gesleept om daar door de super garage Toyota Swansea gerepareerd te worden. Het heeft ons echter wel een paar dagen van onze vakantie gekost dankzij de starheid van Toyota Harlech. Niet klantvriendelijk en niet meedenkend/oplossend.

  Once again Mr and Mrs Evans at Harlech Toyota have given me marvellous service help and advice when purchasing my new Corolla hatchback. They gave me a superb deal for my part exchange car. They kept me informed of all the stages of the build of my new car. When I went to collect the new vehicle nothing was too much bother. All in all a lovely experience. I can't recommend them more highly.

  Had amazing service from Ann and Gerallt. They helped me get my dream car. They were really helpful and accommodating. Really quick turnaround had my new car within 5 days! Emily was also very helpful with getting documents signed to speed up the process. Highly recommend couldn’t fault the service in any way. Thank you!

  Excellent service. Needed a replacement tyre urgent after puncture. They came up trumps. Very helpful and pleasant. Thank you.
