- CAChris ArrowsmithJun 2, 20261.0Went in to cex bangor to trade in a almost brand new drone. There isn't any imperfections on the item. It's in box with everything that comes with it. The member of staff that I spoken to was polite. He pointed out to me that there was a "Scratch on the lense cover" There wasn't a mark. Online they say for a grade A product like my one is that it was 112 pounds which is already a rip off but needs must. They offered me 90 for my item. I pointed out there wasn't a mark an it is in mint condition. A very rude man poped up from behind saying "A MARK IS A MARK AN THERE FOR ITS NOT GRADE A!!" At this point I said "you know what i will go somewhere else" Absolutely appalling customer service from the bangor branch especially from the second man I spoke to.

They huff and puff when you take a item there to sell considering that’s the backbone of the buisness, selling 2nd hand gaming goods. Nearly all the time you have to wait a while in thr line with 4-5 staff behind the counter. And when you take items there to sell they say they don’t have cash! When it is advertised outside the shop! They will try get you take a bank transfer where you could wait up to 3 days when they have had your goods. Hope other Cex stores aren’t as bad as this one. Don’t get we wrong there one or two nice and polite staff members but the rest should think about their customer experience they provide their customers.
