- CAChris ArrowsmithJun 2, 20261.0Went in to cex bangor to trade in a almost brand new drone. There isn't any imperfections on the item. It's in box with everything that comes with it. The member of staff that I spoken to was polite. He pointed out to me that there was a "Scratch on the lense cover" There wasn't a mark. Online they say for a grade A product like my one is that it was 112 pounds which is already a rip off but needs must. They offered me 90 for my item. I pointed out there wasn't a mark an it is in mint condition. A very rude man poped up from behind saying "A MARK IS A MARK AN THERE FOR ITS NOT GRADE A!!" At this point I said "you know what i will go somewhere else" Absolutely appalling customer service from the bangor branch especially from the second man I spoke to.
