  We had a full refit from Mewscraft and reopened the new look practice in Nov 2023. The work undertaken has totally transformed the space and the customer feedback has been outstanding. We had the whole practice stripped back to brick and reconfigured to take us from 2 to 3 testing rooms. All planning and design was done by Amy and Hal. We're over the moon with the results and our turnover has significantly increased because of the investment.

  Mewscraft were an absolute pleasure to work alongside during our huge practice refit. Communication throughout was flawless and the end result was incredible. We could be quite fussy at times but the team had the patience of a saint. Joe was our contact/designer and he sourced exactly what we were after and ensured the little details were as accurate as possible. He was very forward thinking and would predict where potential pitfalls could arise with some changes to our initial drawings. A fantastic skill to hold and we were very grateful. Nothing was too much trouble which is what's needed during such a stressful time as planning a store refit. Phone calls were offered at convenient times around our busy schedule, furniture and fixings were delivered on time as planned, with the second more delicate items even being hand delivered by Mewscraft owner, Hal. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat - they have a lot of year's experience under their belts and it shows. Thank you Mewscraft and thank you Joe for making the whole journey as smooth as it possibly could be!

  From start to finish, Mewscraft were a pleasure to deal with. They very quickly grasped the framework of what we were looking to achieve and produced a concept which brought our appearance and layout up to date, whilst remaining sympathetic to our listed building. A combination of their specialist knowledge of optical practices, what was possible, what worked and what didn't, along with great aesthetic touches and excellent project management have resulted in a finished project, which was delivered on time and to a very high standard of build and finish. We would happily work with Mewscraft again.
