  I get your staff have to deal with rude and difficult customers on a daily basis, but not all of us are like that so it was a surprise that right off the bat the person serving me was disinterested, combative, accusatory and just plain rude. "Why have you waited nearly 30 days to return this?" is a question I never expected to be asked with such vehemence and accusation. Frankly it doesn't matter, I don't have to justify myself to you, there's the receipt and there's the item in perfect condition. The reality is if he bothered to look at me he would have seen I had two new born twins with me, so there's your answer. He refused the return saying I only had two days to return it as it wasn't faulty. I asked where it said that, and he pointed to a note on the counter top with a look of disdain (sidenote... I do not personally have a CEX counter top at home so yea that's why I didn't know). Zero compassion or interest in helping me out. Disgusting customer service, shall not be returning to that branch which is a shame as the last time I was there, my 2 year old and I were served by a lovely woman.

  The shop is a very tight squeeze to get round especially if you have a pram or wheelchair. However the staff a lovey and very helpful with any questions I have had its a shame they moved shops to somewhere so small.

  Ok so I bought only fools ad horses complete collection on dvd 30 pound a month only started to watch it today and they are four discs missing thank you cex

  I Went into bury cex store today to sell my iphone peach XR Which I originaly bought from the cex store for 170 pounds (GBP) The grade on it was B and there seemed to be nothing wrong with the phone i was only selling as i have just got a brand new phone so this was just a spare i did not need so i took it to the desk at cex to be told i should have never paid 170 pound and graded the phone F and gave me 25 pound by there own admission they never tested the phone the phone that i bought on the 30 of november with a grade B but still sold it to me anyway i am very angry about this. I have contacted my bank also i am leaving an online complaint as well as this review
