  Annelize ran a private bungee fitness class for a group of friends and it was so much fun! We had a great time - highly recommend. The gym felt friendly and not at all intimidating- will be looking at other classes soon!

  7 friends had a private bungee session last night. Highly recommend!!! It was soooo much fun... Only laughing, screaming and surprisingly not wetting ourselves🤣🤣 Team were so friendly and knowledgeable. Definately be back, and already got some other friends heading your way. Thank You

  Brilliant time, so friendly and great fun, will definitely look at doing classes, Didn't realise the studio was even there but is a great small friendly gym. The bungee class was definitely worth doing and as well as fun was good exercise.

  A great community creating a safe and family friendly environment ensuring exercise is accessible to busy families. The coaches are friendly, supportive and encouraging with great expertise on how to support you. Extra points for Annelize being trained in post natal fitness, so new mothers can exercise safely whilst still recovering from pregnancy and childbirth

  Did a group bungee fit workshop with a group of work colleagues, not only is it a good workout it was so much fun. Annelize and Chane were great. Would highly recommend and would definitely do it again.
