Went to a bungee fit beginners workshop after seeing it advertised and wanting to try bungee fitness for a while. It was really fun and defo burned calories and got the heart rate up, but was so so fun at the same time. It felt very safe, but its Really hard to let yourself trust the bungee. But when you do its ace! Will definitely try bungee flow next. Studio fit is a great place for bungee, plenty of space.

Annelize ran a private bungee fitness class for a group of friends and it was so much fun! We had a great time - highly recommend. The gym felt friendly and not at all intimidating- will be looking at other classes soon!

7 friends had a private bungee session last night. Highly recommend!!! It was soooo much fun... Only laughing, screaming and surprisingly not wetting ourselves🤣🤣 Team were so friendly and knowledgeable. Definately be back, and already got some other friends heading your way. Thank You

Brilliant time, so friendly and great fun, will definitely look at doing classes, Didn't realise the studio was even there but is a great small friendly gym. The bungee class was definitely worth doing and as well as fun was good exercise.
