  Just had my old tiles in the bathroom and kitchen replaced with panelling and a new sink in kitchen. Excellent job done and very professional. Would use them again for any jobs needing done

  RGD are an absolute dream. 9 months ago I needed a full system replacement, swapping out a broken gravity-fed boiler with a pressurised system, with a non-standard controls configuration. This is in a house I had not purchased yet. System is still working perfectly. Unlike the other firms I had gotten quotes from, Regan was highly responsive to all of the many the requests and questions that I had at all hours. He was understanding and was flexible with the ever-changing completion date, and managed to schedule the work in so we could move in as quickly as possible, with working heating, once we’d completed on the house. During the install, Brad was a delight to have around for a week, and was very respectful of my home, and was clean and tidy. Unlike other firms, Regan listened to what I wanted and worked with the boiler supplier to install exactly what I wanted. After commissioning, there was an issue that meant the system did not run correctly due to incorrect guidance provided by the boiler supplier. Regan and Brad worked with the supplier to quickly resolve this.

  I am so grateful to have bumped into Regan and Ade working at a customer’s house. Having had a terrible experience with a bathroom company I got my money back after a year of messing around. I wasn’t relishing the thought of starting again. It was SO easy, they are great - lovely people, great work and they tidy up afterwards! I’m so happy with my new bathroom and Raven the greyhound says they give the best scritches! Would absolutely recommend
