  Scrapped a vehicle here. + A very competitive payment that was made via bank transfer the same day. - They did not issue a Certificate of Destruction until I politely insisted (it carries big risks if one is not issued). - Whilst processing administrative duties, staff attempted to handle & take away my current account debit card; a major red flag for potential fraud. The customer service experience here is shady & disorganised.

  Great service quick and painless . collected when said driver very courteous and friendly , money was deposited in to my bank with in the hour . would highly recommend in the future

  Phelps Brothers are a scrap metal recycling company serving domestic and trade customers in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Stonehouse. I have used them for years and have always been delighted with the prices paid, quality of service an helpfulness of the staff. Nothing is to much of a problem and they have even collected larger items for me.
