    I had a power issue with my PS5 digital and they were able to solve the issue. I would have loved if the service was quicker, but they delivered on the agreed timeline. I would use the service again.

    Fantastic service. Easy to use. I had a very fast repair; the delay was waiting for the store I dropped the controller at to ship it off to Tech Centre. It's a helpful online website to track the progress of the fix.
