  Appalling staff attitude on both my visits, I visited two weeks about 17:30 returning a faulty Apple Watch and was contemplating exchanging it under the warranty and after returning the watch for inspection I was looking at the options they had in store (I appreciate it was now around 17:55. Close at 18:00) and was told by a member of staff waiting to lock the doors, “If you’re not buying anything you need to leave” which immediately made me want to take my business elsewhere where and I will get it online. Unfortunately, this is the only CEX I know of in Bristol and after trying to sell an old phone privately I decided to trade it in to which I left with them for 30 mins as I had to for them to check it over and diagnose it, I returned to them not looking at it after a friend didn’t wipe the phone correctly so I left with it in a box called him from outside, walked back an and while booking it back in the glanced at it and booked it in as a LESS valuable grade. The first time the member of staff wiped it all down looked at it in detail and graded it an A. Now I raised this with CS and they have the same careless attitude. The only people could have added damage to it in the interim was the store and on my return the same guy as before instantly knew to book it in as a less of a grade. I guess he will win Employee of the moth this month for saving and making the store more money

  I recently bought a Samsung smartwatch in the store but unfortunately I had a few problems with it but the staff was very helpful and understanding there's a guy who works there by the name of Ben he's a really nice guy his help was outstanding

  I recommend you dont go here. They offered a price for kit, then later, when they had the kit, and we had driven home, they reneged. Appalling service.

  Excellent, polite staff who handled every customer with understanding and class. Plus the first CEX in a while who were able to find everything I had ordered for click and collect!

  This store have the worst customer service, wanting to get a phone on the 04/05/26 around 3:30pm and was told by this male employee with a black hair that, it’s not authorized to check the battery health, as they possess a background checks of the phones before selling. Who gets a refurbished phone without any information about it? He was rude to a core and his body language made it worst. I insisted of knowing the battery health, he put the phone on charge and ignored me for probably 30mins and ignored eye contact, when approached he sent me back to the queue. Other staffs were kind and patient by the way. I got videos of this bad employee, I’ll not recommend this store.🙃 Still need to make a formal complaint.
