  Took my ASUS rog ally in to sell to them at 10:30am and was told an hour for testing and the bank transfer would take 30 minutes. Went back in at 16:30 as had no phone call or payment and they said they was busy and will be done in an hour, an hour went by and still no payment the store is now closed (update they have waited till the end of the day to complete it and giving its a bank holiday weekend probably won’t receive payment for a few days) shockingly run store

  Purchased a pair of headphones yesterday. Returned them the next day as they were not suitable. Was told I can only exchange them for a voucher of the same value. Purchased for £60, resold for £33. Pirates. They also tried to con me of £20 cash when I old my £1400 laptop for £455 and bought some games there. They have a lot of high value stock

  Frustrating experience, drove half an hour to pickup a game after checking their stock file online which said it had a copy. Got into the store, found the case and took it to the till, the lady on the till flicked through a small section of games and declared "dont have it" - no apology, no effort to check for more than a grand total of 10 seconds. Staff just went about their conversation while serving me and just took the case away and charged me for the other two games I had. Pretty poor customer service.

  Nothing is never too too much to ask for the manager is very hands on I served personally I was very impressed at the speed that they work at plus speaking to the other staff members it was a pleasure to have been served by them as well top marks cex bedminster 💪💪💪💪👌👌👌👌🫡
