  Excellent, polite staff who handled every customer with understanding and class. Plus the first CEX in a while who were able to find everything I had ordered for click and collect!

  This store have the worst customer service, wanting to get a phone on the 04/05/26 around 3:30pm and was told by this male employee with a black hair that, it’s not authorized to check the battery health, as they possess a background checks of the phones before selling. Who gets a refurbished phone without any information about it? He was rude to a core and his body language made it worst. I insisted of knowing the battery health, he put the phone on charge and ignored me for probably 30mins and ignored eye contact, when approached he sent me back to the queue. Other staffs were kind and patient by the way. I got videos of this bad employee, I’ll not recommend this store.🙃 Still need to make a formal complaint.

  Went in today to pick up a click and collect order, was accidentally handed the wrong device, staff member I worked with was really friendly and got it all sorted for me straight away, so not much an issue really, thank you team, and shout out to the guy who served me !!

  Last week came here to get laptops recycyled which i was told by a condescending employee that got aggressive with me with a foreign accent , dark long hair that CEX no longer recycles at all, which she condescendingly stated look at google, which here it says yes they do recycle, they also recycled my nintendo switch last year, but apparently they have stopped doing that, according to this women who works at the broadmead branch, never usually ever have i had any problems with them before, i would put two stars but they recycled my old switch and repaired my DS, i made a complaint and they just repeat what i told them rather than escalate to the broadmead branch to raise the complaint with the manager their, one of their employees refused a service for no justifiable reason and told lies. I will not be using that branch or talking to stupid people any longer, it honestly is not worth it, hiring people who dont understand store policy, none of the other staff intervened. Goes to show how incompetant they have become. Because of this worse service ever 3/2 stars especially the complaints service, worse than the employee at the branch.
