I would like to leave very positive feedback about Store 3, specifically about the store manager, Stuart. Stuart is extremely smart, professional, and genuinely kind to customers. He treated me with great patience and respect, and he went above and beyond to help me resolve my internet issue. He also took the time to clearly explain my options and advised me to switch to 3 Mobile Broadband, as I was previously with EE. Thanks to his advice and support, my problem was fully solved. I am very glad to see such dedicated and caring people working at 3. Stuart truly represents excellent customer service, and I believe his hard work and attitude deserve recognition. In my opinion, he is an employee who truly deserves a salary increase. Thank you for having such great staff.

Terrible service. All staff sitting around taking photos of themselves and videoing themselves dancing. A girl was so rude to me saying they are there to enjoy themselves. I went in to add a tablet for my daughter. Went to o2 instead.
