- IBIga BoreckaNov 9, 20241.0If you would like to avoid disapointment and countless hours in the store and on the phone with this horrible company do not visit this store. It took 3.5 hours to upgrade the phone and broadband and they couldn’t even get it right. Ordered phone to the wrong address and expecting me wait until they find it! The manager just sits in the back room and the trainee advisors have to go ask questions but one can get an answer. Keep telling you to call three, three tells you to contact the store manager who does nothing. Their mistake has been made my problem. The most disappointing customer service I have ever encountered both in the store and over the phone. I have done nothing wrong and I am being penalised by Three by a mistake at their end.
