- TBTony BurrettDec 1, 20185.0It a good store & staff are very helpful, but they need to keep one member of staff at the counter as everytime I've went in there no staff dealing with the counter since there all signing up people to contracts, so if you plan on going expect to be waiting like 10 minutes to be served. Now it could just be I always go in at busy times but I've always had a long wait. Also if your looking for pay as you go phone they always have a great price but the ticket price is like a deal as you need to by a £10 top up to get the hand set, I have 3 £10 top codes I won't use due to buying presents & a replacement phone for my three contract & I needed to buy 3 £10 top ups
