The absolutely rude girl just told me this happened after purchase and it is not their problem. Then they have try to send me to another store. Finally menager gave me a charging cable (as it was not included with phone). And the phone started charging at a normal speed. The entire experience has been so bad, the girl, everything about her was so rude, the way she spoke, acted and she was chewing gum all the time. Totally disgusting. I am a customer of 13 years, I regret buying the phone and signing a 2 year contract. After it will finsh I will not be back and will get a contract with another network provider.

Was told I could trade my old phone in for more money towards my final bill. Was then charged for 2 SIM cards which I knew nothing about. None of the staff seemed helpful or friendly. Luckily at another 3 store I was given help with what had happened and my issue was sorted out. I don’t recommend this three store.
