- LCLee- cMay 5, 20261.0If i could give no stars i would, to begin, tech center lost my sons controller, then i recieved my ps5 back from repair, to pop open covers and notice the ps5 hasnt even been repaired or cleaned, i was speaking with tech center and was asking for a refund, was told i wohld recieve only 25%refund of 100 pounds, this place is a scam i would stay far away from this company and just send my console to playstation in future

- DDDeclan DouganJul 3, 20252.0Over priced service for what was needed repaired. Over half of the price of a brand new controller, for one button that needed fixed. In store was told controller repairs from drop off to pick up are up to 10 days, but usually less. However, in my case it took well over 2 weeks. Controller is in good condition and playable again, but not worth the £27 and near 3 week wait a single button to be repaired.
