  A really professional service, quick and clean. I had a boiler out of action on Saturday, and by Tuesday it was sorted. Couldn't recommend them more!

  Damaged the water main when installing a boiler. Was left with a leak and no water for 6 days. Had to get different company out to fix. Edit - If it was leaking before, why was this never mentioned and just left like that? Cowboys.

  Tradesman came and examined my boiler and found fault. Told me what part I needed and gave me a quote to fit new part . Work was excellent at a good price. Found tradesman very professional and knowledgeable and would highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again

  I can’t recommend Bal at Smart Flow Gas Services highly enough. From start to finish the service was outstanding. They carried out the work to an extremely high standard and clearly takes real pride in what he does. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, everything was completed professionally, neatly, and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who combines such high-quality work with such fair and reasonable pricing. Bal was also friendly, reliable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me real confidence in the work being done.   A boiler in my rental flat in Castlemilk stopped working showing an issue with the ignition. Bal came out the same day and fixed it for a fair price. He suggested the boiler needed a service in his follow up email, he quoted a reasonable price so I asked him to go ahead. He came back the next day and did the job, my tenant just updated me the boiler is running better, the heating is kicking in quicker without being on full, also the water is hotter which really improved the shower. Thanks Smartflow, good job Have since use Bal 2 or 3 times, always makes sensible suggestions and fair prices. My tenant is really pleased with his work. #HighlyRecommend
