  Absolutely brilliant service from Smart Flow fitting my new boiler yesterday. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The engineer was friendly, professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took great care with the installation, kept everything tidy throughout and made sure I understood how the new boiler and controls worked before he left. Everything was done efficiently and to a really high standard, with no mess or hassle left behind. It’s always a bit stressful having a big job like a boiler replacement done, especially in an older tenement flat, but the whole process was completely straightforward and I felt in very good hands. Really impressed with the quality of the work and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smart Flow to anyone looking for a reliable, professional boiler installation. Thank you for making the whole thing so easy! 😊

  Highly recommend Smartflow Gas Services, Bal is great, will go above and beyond. Recently had work done on our bathroom and was finished to a really high standard, nothing asked was an issue and communication was excellent throughout the job.

  Smartflow Gas Services, specifically Bal, was fantastic! Quick response to my enquiry, so lovely and explained what the problem was thoroughly. Was a bit nervous I’d need a new boiler, but it’s all sorted thanks to them.

  A really professional service, quick and clean. I had a boiler out of action on Saturday, and by Tuesday it was sorted. Couldn't recommend them more!

  A boiler in my rental flat in Castlemilk stopped working showing an issue with the ignition. Bal came out the same day and fixed it for a fair price. He suggested the boiler needed a service in his follow up email, he quoted a reasonable price so I asked him to go ahead. He came back the next day and did the job, my tenant just updated me the boiler is running better, the heating is kicking in quicker without being on full, also the water is hotter which really improved the shower. Thanks Smartflow, good job Have since use Bal 2 or 3 times, always makes sensible suggestions and fair prices. My tenant is really pleased with his work. #HighlyRecommend
