This is a review i have delayed in doing because i try not to slate any business as i know mistakes can happen. However, what this removals firm did is unforgivable and i would advise anyone to seriously consider if it’s worth taking the risk to use them after looking at the details here. First they broke a very solid glass coffee table in the lift, i said it’s ok, things happen. then the lift doors got stuck (most likely due to a piece of glass stuck in the door). i asked several times as did my partner NOT to force the doors open but wait for the engineers (who arrived in 40 minutes) but they ignored this and literally ripped the doors off the rollers. if they had waited, this would have been fixed and no issues. because they forced the doors open, the building ended up with a repair bill of £3999 pounds and no lift for 3 weeks (5 floors). My 65 inch TV was also broke, so had to buy a new one. I submitted a claim to the small claims court - it was approved, but they were unable to serve the documents which means i was left with a decision to pay for sheriff officers to try which still was n’t guaranteed. I have proof of everything, court documents, text messages, photos and emails all sent before i got total radio silence and total refusal to engage. Please think before booking this company - if it goes well, no issues, but if you are paying them as they are insured - don’t.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely excellent service from Pivot Removals! The team was professional, energetic, reliable, and extremely careful throughout the move. They took great care of our new property, especially the freshly painted walls and edges, while moving everything in. They handled our belongings with real care and were respectful of the property throughout. The team was friendly, efficient, hardworking, and made the whole moving process so much easier and stress-free. Honestly, my only surprise is that they don’t market their services enough because based on my experience, they deserve to be much better known! I would rate Pivot Removals right at the top of the removals business. Highly recommended. 👏⭐

We booked Pivot not knowing anything about them. We were not disappointed! They were great! They moved the substantial contents of our home very efficiently. I did not think everything would fit in the vans, but it did. Nathan is an excellent team leader, looking ahead to see the best way forward. We are unlikely to move home again, but if we do then Pivot will be our first call.
