  Massive thanks to Tony and the team. Our home move was a breeze thanks to them and we really appreciate how accommodating they were when we had a failed completion & got us rebooked asap. Everyone was so professional and friendly and we could not rate them more highly. Fantastic price as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I have to thank Tony and his team for accommodating our home removal at the last minute it was very much appreciated. Nathan and William were excellent and got our move done quickly and without any issues at all. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a removal company.   Where do I start...Tony and his team were absolutely amazing from the moment I made contact with them and from when they arrived at my front door. They were friendly, helpful and had clear communication with me and each other. They loaded my flat up super quickly and were respectful of all my belongings. Throughout the day they were a calming and solid presence, during what was one of the most stressful days of my life. Despite the key handover being very late, they stayed and unloaded the contents of my flat into my new house and again took their time to check where everything was to be put. They were genuinely absolutely top guys and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. This is my fourth move using movers and third time buying/selling property on the same day and I would absolutely use Pivot again. Thank so much guys!

  This team was brilliant !! So friendly, easygoing and hardworking throughout, nothing was too much trouble, even hauling everything up to a 3rd floor flat with no lift. They stayed upbeat and good-humoured the entire time, and it was clear they genuinely took pride in doing a good job. Tony, who organised everything, was extremely helpful and communicated brilliantly with us the whole way through, happily accommodating the extra stops we needed. Great value for money, I’d recommend them without hesitation!!!

  EDIT TO REPLY: Your response actually reinforces the point of my review. You say you never accepted responsibility, yet your messages to me were "I'll try source a replacement for you" and "give me some time to sort something for you", before eventually reimbursing me. You also suggest the TV could have been broken before you arrived which I would never do and you already know we treat those who do a good job fairly, I have photographs showing it working before the move if that had ever been questioned or requested AND did send a photo of my receipt. My issue has never been that you eventually paid. It was the lack of communication. After saying you'd sort it, I was met with almost three weeks of silence despite four emails and a phone call. It wasn't until I sent a Letter Before Action that I received a response within minutes - doesn't have to be written by a lawyer fyi but just notice I will be continuing to pursue. Had you simply explained you were waiting on insurance or until payday, I'd have understood. Instead, I was left chasing with no updates or apology. That's why I can't recommend the aftercare I received. Also, disappointing I finally get some sort of response after posting this publicly - albeit a very accusatory one, I hope you can provide better communication to your clients in future. ** Move itself was fine, but unfortunately they damaged our 43" TV while assembling our TV bed. Tony accepted responsibility straight away and said he'd replace it, but after that I was ignored for 3 weeks despite many emails and a phone call chasing for updates. It wasn't until I sent a Letter Before Action that he replied within minutes and a couple days later reimbursed the cost for the TV. Credit where it's due, he did pay in full, but it shouldn't take weeks of chasing and to the point of legal action to get a response. Really disappointing communication after what was otherwise a decent enough move, caused a whole load of stress on our plate we could've done without for something that could've been sorted within minutes at the start.
