Brilliant company to deal with. From the first phonecall to the work being completed. Was for a UVPC door and my hallway is very tight so didnt want to sacrafice on dimensions as was a struggle getting couches in etc.. Phoned a few other companies some who ended up time wasters and did get one quote but not for the dimensions i wanted. Was going to give up then called Stephens company, who aranged his fitters to come out and measure the next day. The fitters right away seemed more knowledgable than the previous quotes fitter and said that it was possible to fit the dimmension of the door i wanted. I decided to go ahead and the fitters turned up on the day and did a fantastic job, nice mannered but also you can just tell they are super experienced at the job. Also in the lead up i had a few questions and Stephen was always available and answered everything fully. My main gripe with trades in genral is that many can waste you're time but Monteith were the exact opposite off this, and i found the customer service and communication unbeatbale, and thats backed up with a first class fitting service at a competitive price. i can see how this company has 5 star reviews and i've just added another and would highly recommend them and have done so already.

Would highly recommend Monteith Windows! From start to finish, we had a really positive experience. There were no pushy salesmen, just straightforward advice and a fair, competitive price. We had 9 windows installed and honestly, what a difference from our original ones — it’s night and day! We did have a small issue with a hairline scratch, but it was dealt with professionally and promptly, which gave us confidence in the service. Communication throughout has been spot on, and the fitters were brilliant — arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything super tidy. Really happy with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monteith Windows to anyone looking to replace their windows.

We recently had my dad’s windows and front door replaced by Monteith Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and worked to a very high standard. The quality of the windows and front door is excellent, and everything was fitted perfectly with great attention to detail. They left everything clean and tidy afterwards too. I would highly recommend Monteith Windows to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

Montreith windows supplied and fitted my. Other in laws brand new windows 8 in total, price was reasonable and the best quote out of multiple, the manager was very honest and upfront and you could tell he cared about ensuring quality service in particular for elderly. I took my mother in law down to chose her windows after they where measured and the show room is lovely and professional. Windows where fitted yesterday and Wednesday the respect and professionalism of the fitters was unmatched, I was expecting to have to clean up a lot however you would t have known they where there. She said they were cleaning as they went. They takeaway old windows boxes etc and literally is an excellent service highly recommend. Thank you and thank you for receiving promptly the guarantee for the windows!

We have just had new windows throughout, and a porch installed by the team. The experience was extremely positive. Having searched around Stephen filled us with the most confidence which was an important factor. Design, scheduling, installation all great. New windows are a large investment and we are really pleased we chose Monteith windows - and would recommend to others.
