  I've used Mika & Me twice now and on both occasions it's been a fantastic experience. The staff are great, the service is phenomenal, and they have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Barry, Victoria and Stuart were friendly, professional, and very helpful. I was also impressed by the great range of frames and products available. Highly recommend Mika & Me for both quality service and selection.

  Exemplary service and range of options. There insistence on a long over due eye test, free of charge, saved me from continuing in a state of half sight. Brilliant experience all round.

  I haven’t had a new pair of glasses for a while and I was aware that my prescription had probably changed. From the moment I walked in the shop, the service was outstanding. I had an eye test first by the optician. In previous years, some of the tests were slightly uncomfortable, not this time. The optician was fantastic and my prescription had changed slightly. Choosing glasses was great. The two owners had me try glasses and fitted them exactly to my facial dimensions. (I have chubby cheeks). Barry then took a photograph of my face to measure the exact dimensions. The glasses arrived within a week and I tried them on. Perfect. Or so I thought. Barry identified that they were not perfect and adjusted immediately. I am varifocal and have had glasses that I needed to move my head dependent on what I needed to see. These glasses and lenses are a game changer. I can see everything immediately, far or near and without having to move my head. Suffice to say, if you need new glasses, this is the place to go. Fantastic staff, brilliant service, and glasses that are the best I’ve ever had.

  Great service and a genuinely customer-focused experience. I came in to have a pair of frames adjusted about 30 minutes before closing, and the optician was incredibly welcoming and happy to help. He took the time to make sure the fit was exactly right and patiently made several small adjustments until I was completely happy with them. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail — I would highly recommend!
