  John came out soon after I had phoned him fixed leak under bathroom sink then came out and sorted problems with radiators and shower kept us fully informed at all times he knows his stuff would highly recommend JN plumbing & heating thanks again John

  I’d asked John to come out after I’d had a bathroom fitted by a separate company which left me with endless issues (including a leaking shower and a badly fitted sink). He was quick to attend and provide a quote (and he was the only plumber who was confident he could repair the shower without complete replacement). On the day of the repairs, he was on time, communicative and carried out the work to a high standard, leaving no mess. I would highly recommend JN Plumbing and heating and will use them again for any future works.

  John has not only saved me a few times with the basic plumbing dramas but also refitted my whole bathroom whilst staying patient with my many, many ridiculous ideas. He always responds quickly and does great work. As a woman that lives alone he was very safe and considerate tradesman plus he befriended my cat and made sure she never escaped! 10/10 recommend for plumbing and cat cuddling.

  In November 2022 I called John in a panic as there had been a previously unknown leak from the pipes underneath my shower and this had caused part of the ceiling to give way in my downstairs neighbour's bathroom. He arrived on time and in fact much earlier which even better. He was working five hours in total on the issue because it wasn't initially straightforward to diagnose and was more involving than expected but wasted no time at all and his rates were extremely reasonable. The issue seems to either have stemmed from previous plumbing work by a different tradesman or a more historic issue but I am confident that he has sorted it with minimal upheaval. He is a genuine and friendly guy who explains what the issues are in an easy to understand way and what he is going to do to sort it for you. I would not hesitate in hiring his services again. UPDATE: SEP 2024 I've had JN Plumbing & Heating out a few times to resolve issues in my last property as well as existing one. John always replies promptly and arrives very quick; most recently I sent him a text at 7am due to a leak that was discovered the night before and he was here by 8am and wasted no time putting the wheels in motion to get the problem solved. John also went to the bother of liaising with Scottish Water on my behalf to help give credence to an issue I had to get them to resolve that he didn't really need to and he continues to be of great assistance in both this and the separate leak within my property that is my responsibility. His prices are extremely reasonable and will only charge you if work has been done. He is a first class tradesman who won't let you down and I would endorse him to anyone.
