  My palladium ring had cracked after having it resized around 2 years ago from our wedding (not by this jeweller). I was having real difficulty getting someone to look and price the repair. But 5 stars to James Brown, from the moment I called I didn’t realise I spoke to one of the jewelers on the phone. I was told I could bring it in right away. Once I arrived they checked with the jeweler again and was quoted a great price. It took around 2 weeks but I was given this as an estimation of time for repair. I couldn’t recommend this jewelers enough. So so happy with the repair, after being told by various other jewelers how difficult it was to work with palladium. It was not an issue to James Brown. Would 100% recommend!

  This is the best jewellery workshop in Glasgow. I've had my wedding ring sized, my engagement ring redesigned and a bracelet fixed. The staff are just lovely, especially Stephanie who is so friendly and super helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service, cost and results. I would highly recommend to anyone and will only go here in future for any of my jewellery requirements.

  Amazing experience polishing and repairing my family heirloom ring. Beautiful beautiful result it looks brand new. Highly recommend, exceeded my expectations!

  Really happy with the work done on two rings. My engagement ring needed a new diamond, they gave me different options and pricing depending on what I settled for and kept me updated throughout the process. I'm delighted with the result, it looks like a new ring! The second ring was my gran's and is very important to me. They were able to repair the setting before I lost the diamond and the ring is restored to looking perfect. Very happy customer, thank you 😊

  Really happy with the service at James Brown, Argyll Arcade. Went there on Feb 10 to get my engagement ring resized, after a recommendation from Jodie of Austen & Blake. They originally quoted 1 1/2 week turnaround time, but after telling them I was in Glasgow only till Feb 15 the sales person consulted the jeweller on sight and he said they could have my ring ready for Feb 14. On Feb 11 I got an email telling me it was ready :). The ring fits perfectly and is cleaned and looking brand new. A big thanks to the team, I'm really happy with your service and how speedy it was!
