  Susan is the loveliest hair dresser I think I have ever been to. I don’t go to a salon nearly as much as I should, my hair isn’t in great condition and, to be honest, the whole process stresses me out 😂 but Susan was super nice, really understanding and above all, spent time giving me a really nice haircut. Most dry haircuts I’ve had have lasted under 15 minutes - Susan clearly has a lot of pride in her work and took time to ensure I was happy with the cut. So appreciated! I’ll return for sure x

  Not very professional in the slightest. Was here on Saturday had my hair done showed several photos of dark hair with some lighter pieces in it really just wanted to disguise a few greys I had around my hairline. Was here for hours and hours eventually left with a full head of blonde/ginger/ yellow hair. Told them I wasn’t happy with it as had a dark tint mark around my hairline where my greys where which was my main thing I wanted highlights to blend these. I returned on the Sunday where she told me she would put ‘a couple of foils’ I ended up with loads in again and still left with dark lines all over 😂🥴 I contact them to explain I’m still not happy but I’m going elsewhere to have this fixed as I gave them the chance to rectify it already and it’s still a mess. I had a curling brush still in the back of my hair for around 15 mins as she pulled it apart to detangle it leaving bits snapped. Asked for a refund or even partial refund and was ignored and blocked from there social media. Tbh wish I had checked there Facebook page to see there work before booking in instead of trusting these reviews on this because clearly they cannot be all accurate. Working in the beauty industry myself I totally get not everything goes to plan but for them to not even reply and block me says it all tbh. would personally avoid.

  Susan was lovely and very professional she knows what she was doing and did satisfied me very much my hair looks amazing.
