  Purchased a Samsung phone from here I kept restarting itself so took it back for testing while they had it they said it didn’t do any thing so the said I could get a voucher for it I paid £130 for it so I used the voucher to purchase another phone but the phone was not compatible for what I needed it for so returned it the next day to be told the phone was no longer a grade A and could get yet another voucher for £70 against another phone but I refused it been in contact with head office for 2 weeks to be told they are taking the shops word for it the phone was in the same condition as when I purchased it so I would advise everyone to take care when buying from here I’m left with a phone which is no good and £135 out of pocket
