I was at Apple in breahead because my wife was getting her phone fixed and I put my phone charge there and one off the staff member took my phone off the charge and I was told that I wasn’t allowed to charge my phone there even though I’m their customer. I am very disappointed with customer service there. As soon as my contract runs out I’ll be changing my phone to Samsung.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just wanted to leave a review for the lovely Linda at the Apple Store in Braehead. She was an absolute breath of fresh air! From the moment I spoke to her, she was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. Although I didn’t end up getting what I originally wanted today, Linda couldn’t have been more helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me and really knew her stuff. It’s so nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and makes the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Apple are very lucky to have someone like Linda on their team! 💕🍎 Thank you again, Linda!
