  I waited for about 15–20 minutes for someone to come and help me choose. There was a person standing at the entrance who told me to wait for a lady until she finished with her current customer, and then it would be my turn. However, that lady ended up helping someone else because she didn’t know that I was next. After that, I went to the person who manages the customer queue, and they told me that the lady was still busy. Then they wanted to put me on a waiting list for someone to come and assist me. Honestly, this is quite ridiculous. Two customers arrived after me, and they didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes—someone came to help them immediately, while I had to wait 20 minutes. Then the person at the entrance kept telling me that the lady was still with another customer. Please hire staff who are experienced and do not treat customers unfairly. Unfortunately, my time was wasted, and in the end, I didn’t make any purchase.
