I had a confusing interaction where I received different (more expensive) quotes than what is available in the app. And they did a very poor job explaining it. They said I still had 2.5 months left on my airtime but didn't present me with the option of paying it off early which I know you can do on the app and they gave me device quotes greater than what was on the app. Ultimately they said it's cheaper for me to come back in three months (which is true) but they weren't really helpful in exploring other options which I now know are available by simply going through the three app. I was looking for an early upgrade but at this point I know you get better new customer deals elsewhere, so given the interaction I think I'd rather leave.

I visited about a month ago for an upgrade or maybe a new phone and was served by Terry who was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and helped me to get new business contracts for my business. I got 2 business WiFi and 4 new SIM cards plus a new tablet. The deal was reasonably priced and he was so keen on sorting out everything before leaving the store. I requested keeping my existing numbers and Terry sorted it out on the spot. One of my numbers did not switch so I called the three mobile store and spoke to Terry and he resolved this issue quickly. Brilliant service and customer service from Terry. Deal= 5star. Costumer Service= 5star Terry the business advisor= 5star+ Time taken= 5star Thank you so much Terry for making our experience easy..definitely be back again. 🙏🙏 Cheers A happy Costumer 😀
