  I came to get my battery replaced and was told there was a 2.5 hour wait, which was fine, but that they'd be able to do the replacement so I waited and came back when I had the text. I went through the the checks stuff at the Genius Bar and followed all their steps and the employee told me to wait and he'd be back. He returned 10 minutes later saying they'd not be able to do the battery replacement today despite saying twice before that they could and that they had a battery in stock. I'll now have to travel another 45 minutes again to get it done another day as I've been made to wait 3 hours on the premise that it would get done, only to be told they can't do it with no further explanation. I'd have prefer to have just been told they couldn't do it today and then I'd have done the shopping I needed to, and not wasted my day waiting in the metro centre.

  Genuine query which was met with confrontation and rudeness from one of the most unhelpful members of staff I've ever encountered. Totally at odds with the help received a couple of years ago but this time was shocking. How to put you off a brand!

  Most all passwords for me Apple ID went into store for a call booked with a call centre outside the uk (had to repeat me self multiple times but yeah that’s fine al do extra work so Apple can get cheap workers in. I was told I would need to go in store and have a staff member help me with my device issues. Went to the store the next day and a lady with a freckle in her eye just had no time for us and told is it’s my fault for forgetting me password. I left more confused than when I went in. Went to the west road and got it fixed for 25 quid in 15 mins. Only certain people go to Apple and get help. Every single person in there was old and white other than the woman that served me she was Middle Aged but very white

  GOOD SERVICE 😊 My MacBook stopped turning on and it was out of warranty. I was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for an inspection. I took the MacBook in at around 16:45 for the initial inspection, which Apple calls the “Magic Bar” 😄 Brandon or Brendon, I am not too sure about the spelling was the technician who assisted me. He was brilliant. He greeted me with a smile, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained the process clearly and quickly. He took the MacBook in and, after about 20 minutes, BOOM the issue was sorted and my MacBook was running again with no problems. He explained that it was most likely a software glitch and also gave me a few useful tips to avoid similar issues in the future. I usually do not post reviews, but I felt credit must be given where it is due. Keep the great service up!

  Can someone please explain the point of this shop? Staff do their best to ignore you, when they’re forced to acknowledge your presence you’re told there’s a queue and you have to sign yourself up to the queue, there’s no indication of how long it’ll take to be graced with the presence of one of their staff just so you can start the process of asking them if you can buy something only to be told it’s not in stock. If you want an Apple product just buy it online, avoid this place like the plague. Pure retail rage bait
