⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We never made it to Drumhoney, but I wanted to say something... I booked the wrong dates. Entirely my own fault, and on a non-refundable rate with less than a week to go. I rang up braced to be told no, and honestly, I’d have had no argument if I had been. The gentleman on the phone just listened. No lecture, no making me feel like an idiot for it. He said he’d sort the refund the next day — and it was back with me first thing the following morning. He did exactly what he said he’d do, and a bit quicker than he needed to. It’s a small thing to him, probably. It meant a lot to us. You don’t always meet that kind of decency, and when you do it stays with you. The park looks like just the place for our wee boy — the animal farm especially. We’ll be back properly, and on the right dates next time. Thank you. Truly. Ravi

Avoid at all cost! Booked a weekend via booking . Com and this property cancelled it when we were halfway there saying they had nowhere for us to stay despite advertising 2 available pods. Property blamed the third party booking service and the third party booking service blamed the property, regardless of fault I am left with nowhere to stay for the weekend now and no option to turn back as my home is under renovation. No refund for 14 days and no alternative accommodation offered or available locally!
