  My wife and I wanted to put a single storey extension on the rear of our house, pushing out the kitchen into the back garden. Contacted a number of builders who all seemed nice, but we got a good vibe from David and he had no hesitation in making a number of visits, just to clarify points. His quote was also very reasonable so we signed the contract. Throughout the build, the team which consisted of David, his son Stuart, David's brother Robin and Rhino all turned up every day without fail and worked hard putting my wife's vision into a reality. We made a couple of changes to internal layouts etc and they were very accommodating and willing to do anything to get things just perfect. The days when they weren't showing up because the concrete foundations were curing, then they told us beforehand. Stuart also came up with some excellent changes in design, which worked brilliantly. They cleverly moved some electrical appliances such as the fridge, freezer and microwave into another room so we could use them, whilst they left the gas hob in the kitchen throughout to cook on. To be honest, I wasn't looking forward to the upheaval of it all, but David and his team made it a very smooth project. I think this is partly because they only take one job on at a time and they're not disappearing to complete other stuff, which I've had experience of with other tradesmen in the past. We're using them again in the new year to get some other work done and it will be nice to see "the team" again. I cannot praise them enough and all the effort they put in. Joanne & Andy

  David and his team recently completed a extension and renovation on our home. They arrived on time every day, were all very friendly and helpful keeping us up to date at every stage if the project. The workmanship was excellent and the project was completed on time, we would recommend D LYNCH BUILDING SERVICES to anyone who needs work done on their home. Thanks again David you have made our house now our home.
