It was fantastic in first semester, but something changed in second semester. On two occasions I didn’t receive my laundry back the same day and had to call multiple times to get it back. Today I was also charged £32 for 11kg, when the advertised price should be £21 (£10 per 7kg for first load then £11 per 7 kg). The customer service has also been poor and unnecessarily difficult.

caremore laundry was a very pleasant experience. the two ladies there took care of our clothes and we got it on time like what they promised :) would definitely recommend :)
