  I engaged McLelland Architectural Design Ltd. to provide building warrant and outline planning services for a property project. The services were provided in a quality and timely manner including support for resolution of warrant amends during the project and also to work through an appeal to resolve initial outline planning rejection which was successful.   Had a garage conversion and Mark did a great job from start to completion, liaised with Fife council and kept us informed, sending the paperwork to us as soon as he got it from Fife council. We would recommend MA Design & Build for architectural services.

  Mark was our architect for our garage conversion. Top class service and reasonably priced. Drawings and building warrant was submitted just days after he visited our house to get the specifications. We recently needed an amendment to the building warrant before it was passed and Mark helped us with that. Would have no hesitation using Mark and his team again!
