We had a front door installed last year.. very pleased with the workmanship & the punctual, skilled & efficient guys. We used the window store again, because we’d had our sea facing balcony windows installed years ago & we were very pleased then. But the last couple of winters there were big draughts coming from around the framework, so we thought we’d contact graham for suggestions for resealing them turns out we’d had them for 8years, so they were out of warranty, but graham said no problem he’d send the guys down on Monday to see what they can do.. they came down, as promised, took the frames off, found the cause of the draught Filled with expanding foam, neatly putting wood back & also resetting one of the glass panes, along with sealing the panelling on the outside. Again job done quickly & professionally Also they hoovered up after, so no mess at all, it was like they’d not been here.. I can’t recommend these guys enough Thank you graham & team for you fast response & resolution Much appreciated Pam & Andy Blair

I have been pondering for a long time replacing windows in the house I moved into over 30 years ago. Draughty horrible windows which gave me so much grief. Finally I plucked up courage to go searching. I visited Graeme and from the first visit I was sure they would be my choice. No pressure was applied and weeks later I asked for a price was delighted and date set. Team measured and arrived when they said they would. Delighted with my decision to go with window store. Everything went to plan I had a small misunderstanding which Graeme went over and above to fix. Now I can't wait for winter to be cosy. I am delighted with my choice and wish Graeme and his team all the best for the future. If I need anything again in future I won't hesitate to contact you. Thankyou very much. Karen

Excellent service from start to finish. A big thank you to Graeme for his straightforward, non-pushy approach — it made me feel completely comfortable dealing with the window store for my home improvement. Drew and Kyle were also excellent: polite, professional, on time, and their workmanship was first-class. I’m extremely happy with my new windows and doors.

Excellent service from start to finish. No hard sell or pushy sales people just appropriate and professional advice. Installation was stress free, completed on time and the guys did a great job to leave the house clean and tidy after completion. Very happy with finished result. Have already recommended to family and friends. Would definitely use again.
