As the 5 stars given say, exceptional company, workmanship and work ethics. Jake couldn't do enough from start to finish. Was always in contact throughout the work we were getting done and nothing was too much. Very easy to contact and communicate with. Went above and beyond, we are very happy customers and would highly recommend for any roof works/roughcasting without hesitation. From initial inspection of required works through to completion amazing, even the tidying up of the area/house on completion of works. Would give 10 stars out of 5 if that was possible! Well done Jake and thanks again.

Jacob's a lovely chap, clearly very experienced, and quickly identified the issues with my roof. He gave a straightforward explanation and breakdown of the repairs needed. Easy to work with, very honest, I'd happily recommend him.

McGill roofing renewed my slate roof. Jake was super easy to deal with and kept me informed during the process. Price was very competitive in this market and finish is perfect. Kind of a side note but had work done in past by other trades who leave the place a mess but my garden and driveway was spotless after the install. Would highly recommend.

Jacob at McGill Roofing and Roughcasting was great to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the whole job - always quick to respond, clear about options, and kept us updated at every stage. What stood out most was his honesty and practical approach. Rather than pushing unnecessary work, Jacob took the time to explain the issues properly and helped us find the most cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with - we’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for roofing or roughcasting work.
