Advised to proceed in cancelling the sim they would need to send a text to said stolen phone or the already locked out email account or she would need to appear herself, presumably magically from Spain. Entirely unhelpful, Entirely unsympathetic. Avoid three, they won't help you out in a crisis situation. Advised they have no procedure for this set of circumstances.
