  I recently visited Frith “Taming Your Inner Dragon” for a massage and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome, relaxed, and completely at ease. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and professional, which instantly helped me switch off from the stress of everyday life. The massage itself was exceptional — the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic. Great attention was paid to areas of tension, and I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and far more relaxed both physically and mentally. It’s clear a lot of care and skill goes into the treatments offered here. The environment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, and the whole experience felt very personalised rather than rushed. I would highly recommend Taming Your Inner Dragon to anyone looking for a high-quality massage and genuine relaxation. I’ll definitely be returning again soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
