  Competent, uncomplicated and great-value service. Very friendly owner! I recommend this place if youre biketouring and one of your shifter cables break. There are also some great places nearby to wait, like the beach.

  I recently purchased a second hand bike and need it serviced as well as my existing bike. Guy was very responsive to my initial and ongoing queries and my bikes were checked, quoted and serviced, all within 3 days. The service included replacement of all worn out parts on both bikes, but only those that needed replacement, there was no attempt to upsell or replace unnecessary items. The work was done at competitive pricing. The improvement to the ride of both bikes was noticeable after the service and Guy offered good feedback and advice on the condition of both. I would have no hesitation in recommending Guy and Eastbourne Cycles to others.

  I was very happy with the service i got from Guy! Friendly fella with a real love of bicycles! Dropped my bike off for a full service and it was ready the following day with new tyres, tubes, brake and gear cables etc! Good price too!

  So pleased I discovered Eastbourne Cycles,I'd been quoted silly prices from 3 different cycle repair outfits and then Bingo I found Guy at Eastbourne Cycles,first class service with correct prices,will be using them again for any future problems, highly recommend.

  Great experience here. My first time having a service done professionally as I usually do them myself, so understandably I was nervous how it would go. Didn't need to worry at all, Guy was exceptionally nice and obviously knew his stuff. Bike feels brand new. To top it off he is very transparent on his pricing allowing the customer full disclosure of what he recommends to be done as well as listening to your own requests of work. Pricing was bang on, no silly over pricing of parts and labour. Wish more businesses were this honest when it comes to cost. I highly recommend Eastbourne Cycles and will definitely come back again, just dont shut shop Guy!
