  Unable to mark as no stars since 1 was the minimum. Bought a payg sim yesterday , specifically asked the man to set it up for me which he said he did then after one phone call by me and a tiny bit of data found out less than 12 hours later that he hadn’t set the bundle up and I had been charged at out of bundle pricing so £10 gone. What a complete waste of money. Don’t buy payg sim from Tesco! Having complained for 2nd time, this was resolved very well and the staff member who I dealt with was very helpful so for the remainder of my stay here I now have a working sim. For this reason I change to 3 stars as the original issue shouldn’t have happened but it has finally been resolved after 3 days. Shame my holiday is only a week long

  My aunt & uncle came into store recently and the lady , Julie couldn’t have been any less helpful. When they asked for help setting the phones up she point blank refused and explained that setting up ‘was easy’, to a retired couple this is not the case. They were so upset that they are now considering cancelling the contract and returning the phones. Appalling customer service! I am very disappointed that they received such service and we shall not be recommending.
