  I'll admit I was angry when I first gave it a 1 star review but that was thanks to the online service giving me 3 wrong or broken items in a row, tbh the service I received wasn't much better in store, the staff are awkward to the point of rudeness and considering you can be standing there for 10 minutes you feel exhausted by the time you're done, I'm not exactly expecting a conversation but it felt like I was pulling teeth at times, I've also had wrong items from the store before or been told it was in stock on their app but when you get to the store it's not there. I try to support shops in the local area but sadly this is one I'll be avoiding from now on.

  Had some old games to sell and was quick and painless. Bit of a queue but got a good price and nice staff.

  Bought a game from this store today and I got home to play it and my xbox isn't accepting it, saying its too scratched to be read. I shouldn't have been sold a product that doesn't even work, this item clearly wasn't tested before being sold.
