  I purchased AirPods 3 Pro And a cable from here, and the staff was So cooperative, they Give me a demo for the AirPods, first and then help me connect them and understand all of the features. Really nice being here

  I came into store today for the Iphone18 and was greeted with a lovely man named Ubong he made sure I was seen straight away despite the store being very busy, he was so so attentive and helpful and gave me all the information I needed to know, despite not having the phone I wanted in store he went through ordering it online with the the best package for me, this man needs a lot of credit for his excellent customer service, thank you again Ubong !!!

  Tried to get a replacement screen protector that cracked after only 2 days, only to be told to get a lawyer when I questioned my statutory rights as a customer. Really inhumane and humiliating experience… wish I had just saved myself £30 and bought one from Amazon.

  I had the best experience thanks to Ieva. They were incredibly kind, patient, polite and knowledgeable. Ieva explained everything clearly, helped me understand exactly what was happening and what to expect in every possible scenario, and checked that the recommended solution actually worked before I left. They made sure there were no unanswered questions or uncertainty whatsoever. Truly exceptional customer service! Thank you

  I've been to a fair number of Apple stores and I've never see such appalling 'service'. I booked my appointment in advance and called Apple care to make sure they would do the repair on the day. I explained that the drive is 1.5h one way to the store and I am happy to book another day if it’s best. I was assured the battery was in store, the store not busy at that time, and the repair would take 20-60 mins. I showed up on time but they still made me wait 35 minutes after checking me in !! About 10+ other customers were waiting all that time too, whilst groups of employees were chatting instead of working. I eventually walk up to one of the employees to ask how much longer the wait will be and they fumble with their tablet in a panic like a child caught doing a bad thing, confirming my impression that 10 Apple employees are indeed not supposed to be on break at that time. They are just not doing their job. When they finally see me they pretend they cannot do my repair because "there isn’t enough time left with their other repairs for the day". There was at this point 4h left before the shop closes, I was booked in for this specific repair, the diagnosis for the declining battery had already been done via the Iphone app, and the repair took 60 mins max. Even explaining my situation and that I cannot take time off work again, that I had called ahead because I have no choice, they did not make the effort to fit my repair in. I took half a day off without pay and drove 3h for nothing due to their negligence all the while being told it was “not their problem” and "they did nothing wrong” with a dismissive tone. Well they certainly did nothing right either. They not only have horrible management and working skills but a real attitude problem. Very unprofessional. Went to a different store and got my problem fixed in an hour with is more consistent with my experience in other stores. There is a real problem with this one.
