  I went to this store specifically because it was the nearest one to me, to exchange a pair of faulty earphones that had already been replaced once before. I expected to walk in, explain the issue, exchange the faulty product and leave. Instead, I was told by a sales assistant that I needed to make an appointment just to deal with the faulty earphones — and the earliest available appointment was 40 minutes later. I genuinely couldn't believe it. Since when do customers need to make an appointment to return or exchange a faulty product? I had nothing else to do in the area and didn't fancy hanging around for 40 minutes, so I was given the alternative of coming back early the following day, when I might have a better chance of being served more quickly. What kind of customer service practice is this? I've never come across another company that operates this way. If you're selling faulty products, customers shouldn't have to book an appointment and wait around just to get the issue resolved. Of course, when it comes to buying their overpriced products, no appointment is necessary. You'll be served immediately. Utterly shameful customer service.

  I was in the store yesterday when my baby suddenly became unwell. The swift, professional, calm and kind response from the team was truly exceptional and made the situation more manageable for me to process. They made sure that we were both okay, and went above and beyond in doing so. I am incredibly grateful for their support - thank you to the team who helped! The service was exceptional throughout the visit (even without the incident!) and helped with my query in relation to my phone. I cannot recommend them enough. If it was possible to give more stars I would, thank you once again.

  Apple Store in Brighton are very happy and good when it comes to selling their products, when you want some help from them or want to raise an issue they don’t seem to have the ability to deal with it and palm you off back to their online support team.

  Once again, never have I had any issues with the Apple Store in Brighton. Always had great customer service including today when dealing with Leah whilst purchasing my new Apple Watch, was seen straight away, questions answered with regards the different types of watch etc. Helped with set up in store within 10 minutes and out within another 15 minutes. Never had a problem with any of my purchases so all good.

  I stood around like a muppet. Eventually approached a smart lady who was stock taking 2 hours before closing to ask if I could get service (to change my phone battery). Was advised that I needed to book a consultant. Next consultant availability 2 days time. Then she went back to stock taking. So I went around the corner to Vodafone. Was served immediately and courteously and have arranged to get a brand new iPhone from them instead.
