  I advise anyone not to use Tesco Mobile who have left me weeks without a sim over Christmas due to back office mistake and have breached their contract. Siara was unknowledge and unhelpful and if you have the same issue report them to the Ombusman like I have!

  If it wasn't for Steve in the tesco mobile section. This would of recieved a 1-2 star. Had so many issues trying to get a phone out, Steve however made this a breeze. We had a couple hicc-ups but Steve helped me through it all. Brilliant guy.

  Had to queue for 20 minutes in Tesco Gallows Corner before being seen. Very small place about the size of a living room. I was feeling frustrated having to wait so long but once I was their the chap I saw (I think his name was Craig} was extremely helpful. He took time to explain all the options and was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Thanks to Craig a deffinate bad shopping experience turned into a good one. As for the network, It's based on O2 so for me the coverage is reasonable. I was tired of 24 month contracts so the 12 month sim ony contract was ideal for me with 5000 minutes, 5000 texts and 8gb of data. Not had a need to use the customer services which I read has received mixed reviews. As for the storefront, excellent.
