I was talking to my mother about the phones when the “consultant” CJ suddenly came and asked several times “do you need me? Do you need me or not?” As if we were meant to be waiting in silence. We didn’t even realise the consultation began. I asked what the difference was between the iPhone 16 and 17 pro camera and she said I could look it up myself on the screen, when I didn’t know how to react to her she said “I’ll do it for you”, awful and condescending and extremely unhelpful. Apologies for the other staff for putting a 1 star but CJ was honestly made the experience terrible

She travelled an hour to Apple to get proper support and advice and left distressed. How sad for our elderly people.
