  The BEST dental practice.. could not praise these enough,weeks of tooth pain, another dental practice that wanted £800 for a advanced root canal for a really bad tooth that was infected and had to wait till new year. After couple days of more pain took a chance on this practice, got me in the same day was really nice and assuring, extracted my tooth and as someone who get nervous about dental pain, I felt nothing for a tooth extraction that was far from simple charles and his assistant were so patience and made sure i was in absolutely no pain before tugging away. Had to phone today as complications with healing and sorted me straight away. Receptionist was amazing can not praise enough.

  A pricey but good dentist - however REALLY not impressed with customer service from reception though, pretty awful actually. In the past had a root canal procedure costing a large amount of money but was a good job on the whole so I can't really complain. Last week I cracked a tooth and so called to ask about availability given COVID etc - I was told in no uncertain terms it was going to cost £155 to get it seen to as an emergency. I explained I was in no pain and was using a temporary filler so could wait until then had normal appointments and she said 'Okay we can take a look and get the tooth filled' .... for £155 ... I mean really?! Seems like they only care about money and not keeping their customers by offering a reasonable price like any other business, i'm going to sign up for an NHS dentist again instead, at least I don't have to pay stupid money to have bad customer service and feel ripped off.

  I’m a nervous patient at the best of times due to lots of bad experiences and suffering with panic disorder - the team at Acer are hidden gems within Basildon after trying many others. I adore them and their friendly approach and the dental nurse held my hand through my second root planing clean as I had a panic moment with numbing cream I swallowed (my own fault ha ha) and she calmed me down before my procedure and Charles was absolutely faultless and kept checking on me and making sure I was okay and took regular breaks and they have all collectively put me on the road to recovery after every dentist I’ve used has missed my aggressive gum disease. They are the BEST! Charles then measured my gums correctly for TePe sizes I need and just went above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, ever again. These guys will always be my go to people for dental work/hygiene and cleans.

  I have visited Acer dental surgery many times and have always received a warm welcome from the friendly and professional staff. The dentist is very skilled and experienced and you feel in very safe hands. Happy to recommend this dentist for the high quality of care and personal touch.
