Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful people, a very high level of effort to ensure you have exactly what you need, with advice on what to do. Repairs are thorough, with honest service on timing and budget. I always get the feeling they are looking to save you money if possible. Great stock range of quality hardware.

Having just moved into the area we went to Banks as the leading authority on all things to do with garden machinery. Rob Sam and Zach were absolutely fantastic. The advice we got on purchasing a tractor lawnmower was spot-on. Such a depth of knowledge and kind attention to detail left us highly impressed and delighted that we had chosen this dealer. Not only that but they delivered the machine in very good time and Sam went through a brilliant clear, detailed tuition for both of us. We were just so impressed. Thanks again everybody at Banks..

As a gardener, I moved to the area years ago and am lucky I found this place. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and excellent supplier for garden machinery. Finding somewhere reliable means I can crack on with work and things run smoothly. Thanks Rob, see you again soon
