  Really poor experience. We dropped off a large amount of stuff on Saturday and were told it would be checked on Sunday. It wasn’t, then it still wasn’t done on Monday. They said they’d call us but never did. When I finally went back to collect the voucher, I discovered that 9 games and several cables we’d handed over were missing. We haven’t been paid for them and they haven’t been returned, so right now we have no idea where our stuff is. To top it off, they sold me a boxed Switch 2 without the charger and with a third-party, non-original USB-C cable. The Romford shop is an absolute mess.

  Returned items on Saturday for £470 was told that I’d get a bank transfer the same day that or a call if something was wrong 4 days later still not had the money nor a call nor a email

  Staff is unbelievable! 7 staff at the back talking to each other and only 1 person at the till. Customers waiting to be served! When you sell something to them, they take 5 business days to let you know that theres a problem. They always say they will call you but THEY NEVER DO! LAZY LAZY LAZY sorry but I think the manager has all the blame!

  Avoid them at all cost. I bought a Laptop, and the battery was faulty and i returned it, then the shop guy tested another laptop for me, and he said all is fine, and i gave me the link which i order for click and collect, i took it home, after few minutes of use, laptop was literally burning, i took it back. Now already 2 laptops returning shows how bad and faulty products they selling. After returning second laptop, i told the girl to refund for the faulty one, and then she booked another laptop for them to test and they were gonna call me to let me know if that one was fine so i could go and buy that one, but then after 3-5 days i went back to the store because i realised they didnt refund for the 2nd faulty laptop and they instead put it as swap with the 3rd laptop i took, which also gets SO HOT after few minutes of use, i even believe they lied to me and gave me the exact second faulty laptop back. Now i gone to the store the manager MIKE very arrogant guy, says its normal for laptops to get heated up after few minutes of use. Are you joking? little hot after 20-30 minutes is fine, but burning after 2-5 minutes he said its normal for something im spending 500 pounds. HOW ON EARTH IS THAT NORMAL? I have contacted customer service to provide reply and return my money and take this faulty laptop back or i will involve UK customer consumer to assist here.

  Genell, argh man. just what you want when you’re confused and need an answer on your service. Handled my situation great and managed to get my phone sold in minutes. Top class employee and should be the example.
