The sales guy came round and gave a decent quote. I said we’d need planning permission as it’s a conservation area, the guy said not to worry about it as he’d done others in the area. This was a lie. I paid a deposit and said I would get the permission, they said that was fine. The council then told me there was no way that we could install pvc so I called Carter Glass to let them know and ask for the deposit to be returned. They refused saying that I’d booked the job and they wouldn’t return the money. I felt pressured by them to pay the deposit and I feel they have taken £750 from me without doing any work and under false pretenses.

A great company to do business with. Would highly recommend. Fitted our windows in a morning, and they look great !
