Very pleasant people, good service , nice cars
I was highly recommended to go there impressed. Salesman was very helpful and explained clearly it
I bought a car from these guys a couple of months ago and had a few minor issues to start with but everything got sorted out and am very happy with my purchase. The after care was on point (grant) was extremely helpfull and he went above and beyond to get the issues resolved. I will recommend anyone buykng a used car to definitely check these guys out. Thanks again. Dan

As the partner of the person who purchased this vehicle, I have watched this entire situation unfold from the beginning and I am genuinely shocked by how poorly it has been handled.
My partner paid a £650 deposit and entered into a finance agreement for a vehicle from this dealership. After delays on the dealership’s side, he finally collected the car on 19 May. Within an incredibly short period of time, it became clear that the vehicle had a serious oil leak and a failed drivetrain. The car had to be collected back by the dealership the very next day.
It is difficult to understand how a vehicle with faults of this severity was deemed fit to be sold and handed over to a customer.
What has been equally disappointing is the way the situation has been handled since. My partner spent approximately £80 filling the fuel tank, expecting to be driving the vehicle he had just purchased. After the car had to be returned almost immediately due to faults that were not his fault, he simply asked whether the dealership would consider reimbursing the fuel cost as a gesture of goodwill. The response was far from understanding and left us feeling as though customer care was the last thing on anyone’s mind.
The communication throughout has been poor. We have spent days chasing updates, trying to establish where the £650 deposit is, and being passed between the dealership and the finance company. The finance company has since confirmed that the dealership is responsible for returning the deposit, yet we are still left waiting and chasing for answers.
Buying a car should be an exciting experience. Instead, this has caused stress, inconvenience, financial loss and endless frustration. Watching my partner spend his hard-earned money on a vehicle that failed almost immediately, only to then be treated as though he was an inconvenience when trying to resolve the matter, has been incredibly disappointing.
Based on what I have seen firsthand, I would not recommend this dealership to friends, family or anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.
So Bought a 2014 focus a week ago paid full amount by bank transfer , very smooth process, they let me store it there as my work made it hard to get there to pick it up so i managed to today. It made it a mile , lost all power and over heated. Called them , spoke to Grant, he said to bring it back (in limp mode) I asked what if it dies on the way. He said it will need recovering i was like fine. so took it back he has said it will either be fixed or ill get a full refund. Obviously very disappointing the cars broken , but the service has been very good so far. As this is ongoing ill do another review with the outcome. I feel too many bad reviews are done in haste, so this will be a real time honest set of reviews.
UPDATE:
So went back after the repair, but with cars it goes wrong it gets in your head. Asked for a refund and told there was nothing they could do, then rectified it to nothing they can do today. Will pick it up tomorrow and give an update in a few days.
Update 2: My hire car went back yesterday so first day driving it today. Will update later
