  Bought a car from here recently, overall? Wouldn’t particularly recommend. Great communication before you’ve purchased, but afterwards it’s awful! Also they ask you to review before purchase which is a MASSIVE red flag. There was a few things wrong with the car before that they agreed to fix before I picked up. It was completed shoddy and some things just weren’t done at all when they were promised, which should have been my first reason to pull out. They then said they’d pay me to fix, which then took ages for them to actually sort. In summary: Customer service before is somewhat good, and customer care after purchasing is very poor, personally would recommend going elsewhere. Cars fine now, but after a lot of TLC from myself

  The staff were lovely and friendly. I dealt with Tony at first but unfortunately he was off when I came in but chris took over and made the process quick and simple to part exchange my car

  After enquiring about a Golf GTI over the phone, they had it clean and ready for us to test drive the very next day. On Friday we called to confirm our interest and placed our deposit down, and by Tuesday it was serviced and ready to pick up. Chris was great to deal with over the phone and made the purchasing experience very easy for us the entire way, as he was quick to answer any questions or concerns.

  After looking a phew times at there place iv notices everthing is priced average for what they are so great but everything iv looked at always has a major floor example went to look at s infiniti q30 and got there and has huge rust spot anout 50p size next to thrle rear number plate and other one they have Crack in gauge cluster and extremely worn out interior for milage the time befor was told my car was worth under a 1000 to them max (sold it for 4500 so much better , and on there end wouldn't take a penny off so they want it all there way sad really as went down there ready to make a deal and was very put off would have been nice if they had just said my car want for them and they could work with me on there car a bit even just to make you feel you have a deal
