  I bought a Vauxhall Grandlan X 2019 and had a very pleasurable experience, Chris the seller i dealt with made me feel at ease and safe with my purchase, he answered all my questions and gave me all the time needed. very good dealers and highly recommend.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Experience – Cars Under 3000 & Buying My BMW I honestly can't recommend Cars Under 3000 highly enough. I first came across the team when my partner bought his Porsche so when my Mercedes was written off I approached cars under 3000 to look for a reasonably priced car, and from the very beginning the experience was completely different from what you might expect when buying a car at the lower end of the market. No pressure, no nonsense and no feeling that you're just another customer. Erico, Chris and the rest of the team were brilliant throughout. They were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure I found the right car rather than simply making a sale. What really impressed me was that when I decided to step up and buy my BMW Z4, the level of service didn't change. Enrico in particular was exceptional professional, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He even stayed later than his working day to discuss the car with me. He made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. Even coming into work on his day off so I could take the BMW Z4 for a test drive. Buying a car can sometimes feel like you're entering a boxing match with a salesman, but not here. I felt looked after from start to finish. From looking at cars under £3,000 to eventually buying my BMW for over £8,700 the whole team delivered outstanding customer service. A massive thank you to Enrico, Chris and everyone at Cars Under 3000. You've restored my faith in buying cars from dealers and turning the drama into buying a dream. Great cars. Great people. No pressure. Excellent service. And yes... I drove away in the BMW today with a massive grin on my face! 5 stars without hesitation.

  Disappointing vehicle preparation and customer serviceI visited the dealership to view a 2015 Peugeot 308 SW advertised online for £7,175, but noticed on arrival that the windscreen price was increased to £7,450.Upon inspection under the bonnet, I found that the auxiliary drive belt was completely shredded and torn, and the coolant expansion tank was entirely empty.When I brought these mechanical issues to the manager's attention, the response was very dismissive. I was told that they would just put a new belt on later. When I asked about the cambelt and water pump (which are overdue by age on this specific vehicle), the manager confirmed they had not been replaced and stated that I would have to change them myself at my own expense. They refused to offer any discount to reflect the required maintenance and current condition.Very poor attention to detail and disappointing customer service. I strongly recommend carefully checking under the bonnet before making a decision.
