  I can’t recommend Terra Therma Renewables enough. From the first time Mark came out to have a look, he put me at ease. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure. I had an air source heat pump installed through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), Mark and the team took care of absolutely everything. They handled all the paperwork, the grant application and the whole process from start to finish, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The installation team were brilliant, turned up when they said they would, worked hard and left everything clean and tidy. Best of all, the house is now lovely and warm, and I’m really pleased with the whole system. A huge thank you to Mark and everyone at Terra Therma Renewables. Fantastic service from start to finish – I’d happily recommend them to anyone thinking about having an air source heat pump installed.

  So pleased with the way Terra Therma Renewables came and fitted my underfloor heating in my conservatory, the staff was friendly and efficient. The conservatory now is lovely and warm in the winter months, highly recommend this company. It’s always hard to find reliable workers, so grateful for this experience I had with you. Thank you Mark and team.
